COVID-19 AND BREXIT DELIVERY UPDATES
Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfilment centres. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to regulations regarding the COVID-19 and also due to uncertainties surrounding Brexit. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
- We are currently able to deliver to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
- Orders ship Monday-Friday.
- Some items within your order may be delivered separately. You will never be charged more for delivery and handling than what appears at checkout.
- We do provide delivery time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our delivery lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.
- We are not able to offer international delivery at this time, except to the Republic of Ireland.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
- UK Standard Delivery can take 1-3 business days to be delivered after processing.
- Ireland Standard Delivery can take 3-5 business days to be delivered after processing.
- We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
- HOLIDAY DELIVERY INFORMATION: Please note that all delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Please keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes fastest delivery method at checkout.
An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
If you select Free Standard Shipping at checkout, your parcel will be shipped Untracked
If you select Express Shipping at checkout, your parcel with be shipped Tracked
NOTE: not all deliveries include tracking.
DELIVERING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will be delivered separately.
DELIVERING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and deliver to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
We are unable to change or update a delivery address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your delivery details prior to submitting your order.
