I have ordered a Home Entertainment product from the Warner Bros. shop, when will I receive my order?

Don’t worry if you purchased a DVD, Blu-Ray, 4K UHD, or Steelbook you will still get your order. If it was a pre-order with a release date after the 22nd September your order will still be fulfilled and delivered to you before the release date.

I can’t find the product I have purchased from the Warner Bros shop, where can I find it?

Unfortunately all DVD’s, Blu-rays, 4K UHD, Boxsets and Steelbooks are no longer available on the shop, however if you have purchased any of these before 19/09/2025 your order will still be fulfilled. Once fulfilled you will still receive an email with the order update.

I can’t find the product I have purchased from the Warner Bros shop, will my order still be fulfilled?

Yes don’t worry if you place an order before 19/09/2025 your order will still be dispatched and fulfilled as normal.

What is the process for returning a Home Entertainment product?

You still have 30 days to return your item, if you are not happy with your purchase please reach out to our customer service team at: contact@wbshopsupport.co.uk who will advise where to send your return to.
